Graveside service for Yoshie U. Karlen will be 10:00 a.m. Friday, June 16, 2023, at Post Cemetery, Fort Sill, Oklahoma.

Services are under the direction of Becker-Rabon Funeral Home.

Yoshie U. Karlen, 84, of Lawton, Oklahoma passed away Friday, June 2, 2023, in Bedford, Texas with her son by her side.

Yoshie was born on January 3, 1939, in Tokyo, Japan to Shoichi and Kimi Uchida. She married John James Karlen in Tokyo, Japan on January 20, 1969, who preceded her in death on August 30, 2005.

She is survived by her son, Corry J. Karlen and wife Kristine, granddaughter, Allyssa C. Karlen, and grandson, Carson J. Karlen.

She was preceded by her parents, husband, one brother, and one sister.
