Funeral service for Wilma Y. England will be 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, August 14, 2018 in First Baptist Church with Dr. Patrick Latham, Pastor officiating.

Burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery, Apache, under direction of Becker-Rabon Funeral Home.

Wilma Y. England, 86, Lawton, died Thursday, August 9, 2018.  She was born February 13, 1932 in Apache to Clifford and Dovie Belew.  She grew up in Apache and was a graduate of Apache High School.  She later attended beauty college and worked as a hairdresser for 22 years.

Wilma married Marvin L. England on February 6, 1959 in the New Post Chapel at Fort Sill.  He preceded her in death on November 20, 2001.  She was a member of First Baptist Church and taught third grade Sunday school for 23 years.  She took ceramic classes for five years and made many things.  Wilma enjoyed life, teaching kids, did a lot of shopping and liked traveling with the Arvest Bank Senior Arvestors.

She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Craig and Briana England, Lawton; three grandchildren, Brooke England, Bennett England and Ashley Box; her sister, Gwen Nance, Apache; and two nieces.
