Age 58, Lawton - Funeral services will be 1:30 PM Thursday at the Becker Funeral Home Memorial Chapel. Sgt Jones died Saturday in Jonesboro, Arkansas. Burial with full military honors will be in Post Cemetey, Fort Sill. The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM Wednesday at the funeral home. He was born November 10, 1949 in Gordo, Alabama to Richard and Marine (Rogers) Jones. He married Kenda Kay Sultzbach on December 26, 1969 in South Haven, Mississippi. Sgt Jones joined the Army in July 1969 and retired in September 1991. He was a veteran of the Vietnam War. Survivors include his wife of the home, supervisor of the Cardiology Clinic at Reynolds Army Community Hospital, a daughter and son-in-law, Christina and Roger Parks, Snyder, Oklahoma, three grandchildren, Joshua Jones, Shawn Seals and Zachary Parks, two sisters and their husbands, Peggy and Sonny Ray and Joyce and Jackie Ray and several nieces and a nephew. He is preceded in death by his parents and two sisters, Sandra Sultzbach and Barbara Jones.
