William "Bill" Everett Bullard 71, of Elgin, passed from this life on June 16, 2017.

Arrangements are under the direction of Becker-Rabon Funeral Home.

Bill was born April 8, 1946 in Carlinville Illinois, to Robert Evans and Esther Boyt Bullard.

He loved to fish, read, do puzzle books and for years was active in horseback-riding.  Bill worked on many major construction projects around Oklahoma including OSU's and OKC Thunder practice facilities , VA Center in Lawton , and many schools, just to name a few.

On covered wagon trail rides he was often given the task of being the Camp Chef. There was nothing that he couldn't or wouldn't do when it came to horsing around.

Bill is survived and lovingly remembered by his wife, Charlene of Elgin, his son, Wilbur "Sparky" Bullard and wife, Kristine Sims-Bullard of Mustang, OK , daughters, Clarissa Lynn Lawsen of Killeen, Texas, Tammy Gardner and Tony Martin of Elgin, son, Dearl Harrison of Sapulpa, Oklahoma; grandchildren, Larry Bullard and Rick Sims of Oklahoma City, Stefany Sims of Mustang, Oklahoma; Kane Harrison of Sapulpa , OK. sisters, Juanita (John) Carl, Missouri, Carolyn (Raymond) Liverzani of NY , Judy (Gary) Workman, IA, Susan (Steven) Dirksmeier of Massachusetts, Bonnie (Larry) Blakesly of Colorado, brothers, Robert (Lindy) Bullard of Missouri, Richard (Wendy) Bullard of Iowa, John (Lisa) Bullard of Illinois  and many nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.

Bill was preceded in death by his mother and father, wife, Linda Sue Bullard, daughter, Christina Bullard and sister, Betty Bullard.
