William "Billy" Bowker, 51, passed away Wednesday, February 2, 2022, in Lawton, Oklahoma.

Billy was born to Larry and Kum Suk Bowker on April 25, 1970, in Seoul, Korea. Billy grew up in Lawton where he attended Eisenhower High School. He worked for Kentucky Fried Chicken, Gill's Waste Oil, and multiple trucking and road maintenance companies throughout the years.

Billy enjoyed going to the Lawton Speedway, watching the OU Sooners and Denver Bronco football on television, and spending time at the casino. He also enjoyed listening to Country and Christian worship music and could instantly play any instrument he touched. He was world-renowned for not holding back his opinion and had a knack for telling it like it is, but he loved his family no matter what.

Billy was preceded in death by his dad, Larry.

He is survived by his mother Kum Suk Bowker of Lawton, OK; son Ryan Bowker and spouse Michaela of Wichita Falls, TX; three sisters: Michelle Veld and spouse Tom of Lawton, OK; Kim Wickham and spouse Roy of Fletcher, OK; Lynn Branch and spouse Adam of Richlands, NC; six nephews: Luis Montanez, Ethan Bowker, Kaleb Kimball, Aidan Veld, Jonathan and Luke Branch; and four nieces Alicia Mietchen and spouse Shawn; Kaitlyn and Brooklyn Kimball, and Sara Branch; and one great niece, Elena Mietchen.
