Age 86, Lawton - Graveside service will be 10:00 AM Monday at Post Cemetery, Fort Sill. Sgt Bailey died Thursday in Lawton. Burial with full military honors will be under the direction of Becker Funeral Home. He was born November 4, 1921 in Haskell, Oklahoma to George Washington and Velma (Williams) Bailey. Sgt Bailey retired from the U.S. Army after twenty six years of service. He was a veteran of World War II, the Korean War and the Vietnam War. He received many medal & awards during his military career. Survivors include two daughters, Evelyn Annette Nye, Lawton and Danielle Willard and her husband Patrick Robertson, Eastampton, New Jersey, a son, William M. Bailey and his wife T. J., Lawton and two grandchildren, Patrick Willard, Eastampton and Madison Bailey, Lawton.
