Funeral service for Wanda Ruth Brooks, 85, Lawton, will be 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, October 23, in the Becker-Rabon Funeral Home Chapel with Dave Dugan officiating. Mrs. Brooks died Saturday, October 19, 2013 at her residence. Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Gardens. Mrs. Brooks was born January 9, 1928 at Holdenville, Oklahoma, to Marshall and Mattie Glass. She married Carl G. Brooks in 1964 at Wichita Falls, Texas. She was a homemaker. She is survived by her husband, of the home; four grandsons and their spouses; four great grandchildren, a sister, Pat Thompson, Morris, Oklahoma; three nieces. A step son, Ronny Brooks, a son and daughter in law, Arch and Patricia Robinson, three brothers and two sisters, preceded her in death.
