Graveside service for Verna Franklin will be 11:00 a.m. Friday, March 30, 2018 at Highland Cemetery in Lawton with Rev. Tony Christie, Associate Pastor of First Baptist Church, Lawton officiating.

Arrangements are under the direction of Becker-Rabon Funeral Home.

Verna Franklin, age 67, Lawton, passed away Tuesday, March 20, 2018 in Lawton. She was born April 12, 1950 to Rex Vernell Franklin and Shirley Puckett in Artesia, California.  Her father brought his family to Enid, Oklahoma in the early 1950's where Verna grew up. She later moved to Lawton.

She is survived by her brother, Rodger L. Franklin of Oklahoma City, a sister, Reva Archer and husband Bob of Tulsa.

Verna was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Rex Franklin, Jr.
