Graveside service for Troy L. Boydstun, Sr. will be 10:00 A.M. Tuesday, April 25, 2017 at Highland Cemetery with Rev. Jimmy Lehew, associate pastor of Locust Grove Baptist Church, east of Lawton officiating.

Burial will be under the direction of Becker-Rabon Funeral Home.

Troy L. Boydstun, Sr., age 77, of Lawton passed away Thursday, April 20, 2017 in Lawton.  He was born November 3, 1939 in Cache, Oklahoma to James Frank and Verdie (Maloney) Boydstun.  He grew up in Cache and attended Cache Schools.  He married Betty Frances Trevino on November 11, 1960 in Lawton.  She died April 17, 2016.  Mr. Boydstun worked as a plumber and was a member of the Plumbers and Pipefitters Local #344.  He had worked for Benco, Street's Mechanical and Matherley Mechanical.  He was also a member of Lawton First Assembly and a former member of Northside Baptist Church.

Survivors include three children, Anita L. Davis, Lisa R. Sparks and Troy L. Boydstun, Jr. and his wife Malissa, five grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife, parents, brother, Frankie Boydstun and a sister, Shirley Morse.
