Funeral service for Tommie Jo Haverstock will be 2:00 p.m. Monday, May 2, 2016 in the Becker-Rabon Funeral Home Chapel.

Burial will follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens.

Tommie Jo Haverstock, age 77, passed away Thursday, April 28, 2016 in Petrolia, Texas.  She was born March 19, 1939 in Poteau, Oklahoma to George Harold and Leda R. (Monroe) Levering.  Tommie moved to Lawton as a girl and attended Lawton schools.  She married Alcid Charles Haverstock on June 13, 1958 in Lawton.  He preceded her in death on February 17, 2009.

She enjoyed crafts such as beading and drawing. She loved both making and buying jewelry.

She is survived by her son, Bruce Levering, Elgin; two daughters and sons in law, Laura and Ralph Brunskill, Petrolia, Texas and Julie and Tony Myers, Oklahoma City; seven grandchildren, Jason Romines and wife Mandy, Amanda Romines, Kimberly Myers and companion Harlan Smith, Tryston Myers, Justin Myers, Diane Levering and Darcy Levering; four great grandchildren, Dayton, Jaydon, Skyla and Rosalie and a soon to be born great grandson; a sister, Laurita Wilscam, Alabama.

Her son, Michael Charles Haverstock, and her grandson, Brian Scott Romines, preceded her in death.
