Funeral service for Thomas Howard "Tommy" Stricklan, Jr. will be 1:30 p.m. Thursday, December 19, 2019 in Becker-Rabon Funeral Home Chapel.

Burial will follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens

A Rosary will be held at 6:00 p.m. Wednesday in the funeral home chapel.

Thomas Howard "Tommy" Stricklan, Jr. died Sunday, December 15, 2019 in Lawton at the age of 50.   He was born September 12, 1969 in Lawton, Oklahoma to Thomas Howard Stricklan, Sr. and Opal Shirley (Kahlden) Stricklan.  Tommy grew up in Lawton, attending the Greiner School, Douglas Elementary School, Tomlinson Junior High School and was a graduate of Eisenhower High School.

Tommy enjoyed many things:  swimming, trucks, tractors and playing the guitar and drums and was a fan of country & western music.  He had an extensive movie collection as well and particularly liked Three Stooges movies. Tommy also liked spending time with his dad at ARA Equipment Rentals and the family camping trips.

He is survived by his parents, of the home; his brother and sister-in-law, Eric and Tracy Stricklan, Denison, Texas; his niece, Rowan Morgan Stricklan, Denison, Texas; uncles, Gerald Kahlden, Marvin Kahlden and Steven Stricklan; and numerous cousins.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, James H. and Elsa A. Stricklan, maternal grandparents, Louie and Bertha Kahlden, nephew, Kent Edward Stricklan, and uncle, Louie Kahlden, Jr.
