Tamika Rashawn "Meek Meek" Johnson was called home to be with the Lord on Sunday, October 12, 2025, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, at the tender age of 36.
Tamika was born on May 4, 1989, in Lawton, Oklahoma, to William Douglas Johnson and Sharon Linette (Whitehead) Johnson. From the very beginning, Tamika was full of life, love, and laughter - always the light in every room she entered.
She was educated in the Lawton Public School System and attended Eisenhower High School. Determined to make a better life for her family, Tamika went on to attend Cameron University and later fulfilled her dream of becoming a Licensed Practical Nurse. For 14 dedicated years, she served with compassion and excellence at McMahon Tomlinson Nursing Center, where her patients and coworkers alike loved her dearly.
Tamika was a devoted mother to her three beautiful children - the absolute joy of her life. She enjoyed traveling, music that spoke to her soul, and expressing her creativity through tattoos. She lived boldly, loved deeply, and left a lasting impression on all who knew her.
She leaves to cherish her precious memory: her children, Jasmaine Tillman, Jr., Jay'La Star Sweeney, and Julius Littles; her loving mother, Sharon Johnson; her devoted father, William Douglas Johnson (Mary Marshall Johnson); her two sisters, Brittney Yates, and Marie Marshall; five brothers, Everett Darnell Johnson, Julius Johnson, Jamal Johnson, C.J. Johnson, and Martell Marshall; her aunt, Joyce D. Johnson, her maternal grandmother, Alva Seward; her Godmother, Staci Williams; her cousins, TaNesha Haith and Shameka McGill (James); and a host of other cousins from Detroit, Michigan.
Tamika was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, James A. Seward, and her paternal grandparents, William and Mary Johnson.
