Memorial service for Sun Chin Conklin will be 6:30 p.m. Friday, March 18, 2016 in the Becker-Rabon Funeral Home Chapel.

Sun Chin Conklin, age 70, passed away Friday, March 11, 2016 at her residence in Lawton. Sun Chin was born August 29, 1945 in Inchon, Korea. She grew up in South Korea and moved to the United States in the 1970's. She was a longtime business owner having operated Susie's Lounge in Lawton and Cheers in Altus. She married SFC (Retired) Patrick J. Conklin in Wichita Falls, Texas. She was a member of All Nations Baptist Church.

She enjoyed traveling and had to been many places including Mexico, Saudi Arabia and Germany. She enjoyed darts, games and fishing. She loved animals, especially dogs, and was close to her last dog, "Baby".

Survivors include her husband, Patrick; her son from a previous marriage, Sean Murphy; and her step children, Kathleen Shepard and Lena Conklin.
