Funeral for Sun Y. Brown will be 10:00 A.M. Monday, July 1, 2024 at New Light United Methodist Church with Rev. Kiyoung Jeong, pastor officiating.

Burial will follow in Highland Cemetery under the direction of Becker-Rabon Funeral Home.

Sun Y. Brown, age 82, passed away Tuesday, June 25, 2024 in Lawton. She was born November 29, 1941 in Sun Chun, South Korea to Huk Do Yoo and Bok Rae Yang. Mrs. Brown had worked as a cook at Pusan Restaurant. She had been a devoted member of New Light United Methodist Church for over a decade, where she cooked and served.

Survivors include a sister, Sun Nam of South Korea.

She was preceded in death by her parents, sister, Sun Ae and brother, Kun Sang.
