Graveside funeral service for Suenell Glover Breeze will be 10:00 a.m., Monday, June 2, 2025 in Highland Cemetery under direction of Becker-Rabon Funeral Home.
The family will greet friends from 4-6 pm Sunday at the funeral home.
Suenell Glover Breeze passed away Tuesday, May 27, 2025 in Lawton, Oklahoma. She was born January 20, 1960 in Lawton, Oklahoma to Earl and Suzanne Silcott Glover. She attended school at Washington Elementary where she played softball and jumped hurdles. She also attended Lawton High School.
While growing up she worked alongside her best friend and little brother, Oscar Glover, and many more wonderful people at the family owned and operated, Lawton Stockyards, along with Earl Glover Auctioneering Service. She showed cattle all over the United States with the Lawton FFA. From before daylight until after dark she was running parts, feeding show calves, riding a tractor hauling manure & hay, and loving every minute of it. This was her life. She could run and jump a barbed wire fence flat footed to get to the next gate quicker. When Earl wasn't around, she would ride her horse bareback standing up through the pasture. She enjoyed going on trips to Albuquerque to the horse races, drawing a line down the center of the car to separate her and Oscar.
She later attended Cameron University where she ran for Cameron University Homecoming Queen. Suenell had an entrepreneur's heart & started her own business, Estate Sales & Auctions by Suenell Breeze. Suenell met many people through her estate sales and made life long friends. She was a lover of collecting peddle cars, cookie jars, and all sorts of antiques. In her free time you could catch her at garage sales and set up at flea markets.
She was a loving mother to two children, Trail and Sunni, but also like a mother to Chase, Ostyn, EC, and Colten and many more of the kid's friends along the way. She enjoyed walking the creek with her kids. One of her favorite sayings to tell all the kids was to "pay attention to what's going on around you". She traveled to many ballgames where she was known for her high-pitched holler that was known for miles around. She always had her phone in hand taking pictures of everyone and everything. Suenell worked at the Comanche County Court Clerks Office and later ran for Comanche County Court Clerk. She then worked for Comanche County District 1. Suenell enjoyed being the chicken judge at the Comanche County Livestock show. If you ever walked into the Cadillac Ranch she was the warden at the front door ready for you to go dance the night away.
Being a grandmother to Sky and Sage Jones and Lakelyn Breeze was her greatest joy and she was a proud Great Aunt to Anistyn, Ace, and Maviryk. She was always ready to do whatever they wanted and was there when they needed her. She taught them all the Glover tricks that she could that they are still passing on today. She always had had m &m's or dum dums suckers handy in her pocket for them. Chocolate cake and chocolate chip cookies were her specialty and was requested at every birthday. Suenell was known to tell it like it was and that's what people liked about her most. She was greatly loved and will be dearly missed.
Suenell is survived by her son, Trail Breeze; her daughter, Sunni Breeze and John Jones. Nieces and nephews Chase and Shelia Glover, Ostyn and Joe Abshere, EC Glover, Colten and Kenia Glover. Grandkids, Sky and Sage Jones, and Lakelyn Breeze. Great nieces and nephews Anistyn, Ace, and Maviryk Abshere. One sweet aunt, Maddie McDonald, along with the many other relatives and friends.
