The family of Steve Scott, 50, Lawton, will greet friends at the Becker-Rabon Funeral Home from 6-8 pm Tuesday, June 17, 2014. Steve died Thursday, June 12, 2014, in a Lawton hospital. Steve was born February 13, 1964 in Tacoma, Washington, to Ben M. Scott, Sr. and Joan Fake Scott. He grew up in Lawton and was a 1982 graduate of Eisenhower High School. Steve was employed as a maintenance foreman at Cameron University at the time of his death. He enjoyed hunting and fishing. He is survived by a son Justin Scott and his fiancé Jacquie Cunningham, Geronimo, Oklahoma; a daughter and her husband, Mallorie and Chauncey Jones, Lawton; five grandchildren, Cristopher, Kobe and Tarell Jones and Kayson and Landon Cunningham; two brothers, Ben M. Scott, Jr. and Shane Scott. His parents and a sister, Cindy Moran, preceded him in death. The family requests donations be made to a memorial fund in memory of Steve Scott at City National Bank & Trust, PO Box 2009, Lawton OK 73502-2009.
