Age 77, Lawton - Graveside service will be 11:00 a.m. Monday in the Post Cemetery, Fort Sill, with Rev. Bob Jones officiating. Mrs. Munsell died Tuesday in a Lawton hospital. Arrangements are under the direction of the Becker Funeral Home & Cremation Service. She was born August 14, 1933 in Yokohama, Japan, to Burnshiro and Mitsu Yasuno Takahashi. She had attended YAMATE Business School. She came to the United States on May 30, 1958. She married MSG (Retired) Walter J. Munsell on July 22, 1974 in Wichita Falls, Texas. He preceded her in death on September 9, 1990. She was retired as a manager with the Post Exchange at Fort Sill. She was a member of Cameron Baptist Church. She is survived by a son, Mike Munsell, Lawton; four grandchildren, Christian Munsell, Jacob Munsell and Koji Munsell and their mother Tish Whatley, all of Oklahoma City, and Anthony Dust, Owasso, Oklahoma; Step Daughter, Caroline Hanson and family, Centerville, Ohio.
