Funeral service for Sherry L. McNeely will be 9:30 A.M. Thursday, November 2, 2023 in the Becker-Rabon Funeral Home Chapel with Donald Kirby, Senior Pastor of Calvary Baptist Church, Lawton, Oklahoma officiating.

Burial will follow in Fort Sill National Cemetery, Elgin, Oklahoma.

The family will greet friends from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. Wednesday at the funeral home.

Sherry L. McNeely, 70, of Lawton, Oklahoma passed away Wednesday, October 25, 2023 at her daughter's residence in Lawton.

Sherry was born February 5, 1953, in Lawton, Oklahoma to Bennie Flynn and Mabel (Nolen) Flynn. Sherry married her husband Larry, on August 14, 1985. Sherry worked for Lawton Public Schools for ten years as well as Homeland for five years, and then as a homemaker. She enjoyed camping, music, traveling, word searches, and spending time with family.

She is survived by her husband, Larry McNeely Sr., children: James Barton Sr., Anthony Barton, Bobby Faulkner, Crystal McNeely, and Larry McNeely II, sister, Janie Hayes, brothers: Harry Flynn, Roger Flynn, and Bennie Flynn Jr, grandchildren: J.J. Barton, Brittney Queen, Anthony Faulkner, Alyssa Walker, Nicholas Varner Jr., Alex Barton, Faith Pichardo, Keagan Faulkner, Robert McNeely, Katelyn Faulkner, De'shawn Pease, Brady McNeely, and Christian Faulkner and Autumn McNeely, as well as several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

She is preceded in death by her parents, brothers, Tommy Flynn and John Flynn, sister Carmen Harrison, brother-in-law, Donald Harrison, and daughter-in-law, Tiffany Barton.
