Graveside service for Sherman Dale Owen, 72, Lawton will be at 2:00 PM Sunday, April 27, 2014 at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Mr. Owen died Wednesday, April 23, 2014 in Lawton. Burial will be under the direction of Becker-Rabon Funeral Home. He was born October 10, 1941 in Oklahoma. Mr. Owen served in the United States Air Force and was stationed at Clinton-Sherman Air Force Base near Burns Flat, Oklahoma. He married Sharon Kay Nikkel on December 23, 1962 in Weatherford, Oklahoma. She died August 25, 2002. Following his retirement he enjoyed fishing and golfing. Survivors include three daughters; Teresa Donnell and her husband David Brent, Elgin, Oklahoma Kim Towne and her husband John, Broken Arrow, Oklahoma and Lisa Lisbon, Mesquite, Texas, two grandsons; Dustin Donnell and his wife Lacey, Mounds, Oklahoma and Justin Lisbon, Dallas, Texas and a great granddaughter; Emma June Donnell, Mounds, Oklahoma.
