Neasbitt, Sr. and Osie Aline (Young) Neasbitt. Because his father proudly served in the military, the family lived in several locations, including Ardmore, Oklahoma; Fort Chaffee, Arkansas; Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri; and Germany. Louis began his education in Dickson, Oklahoma. While his father was deployed to Vietnam, the family resided in Ardmore, where Louis attended Ardmore Junior High School. Upon his father's return, the family moved to Lawton, where Louis attended Central Junior High and graduated from Lawton High School in 1972.
Louis went on to serve his country with honor in the United States Army from 1974 until his retirement in 1994, achieving the rank of Sergeant First Class and primarily serving as a field artillery surveyor. Following his military career, Louis opened and operated a gas station and garage near 11th Street and Lee Boulevard in Lawton. In 2000, he began working for Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company in Lawton and later continued his career with Michelin Tire in Ardmore. On April 19, 2000, Louis married Lola Jean Coleman in Lawton, Oklahoma, and together they shared many wonderful years.
Louis was a proud Oklahoma Sooners fan and enjoyed NASCAR, especially following Dale Earnhardt. He loved watching Championship Wrestling on television and spending relaxing days at the lake. Above all, Louis treasured time with his family-his greatest joy came from being with his children and grandchildren.
He will be remembered for his strong work ethic, sense of humor, and the deep love and loyalty he showed to his family and friends.
Louis is survived by his wife of the home, two children, Amanda Rush and Cody Riley and his significant other Kristan Phillips all of Marlow, Oklahoma, six grandchildren, Nicholas Crisel and wife Nicole of Lawton, Oklahoma, Jayden Rush of Comanche, Oklahoma, Chevi-Lyn Rush of Marlow, Oklahoma, Josh, Memphis, and Ellie Riley all of Marlow, Oklahoma, one brother, Buddy Neasbitt and wife Diana of Lawton, Oklahoma, two sisters, Martha Campos and husband Mondo of Ardmore, Oklahoma, and Osie Neasbitt of Ardmore, Oklahoma, one brother in law, Ronnie Coleman and wife Belinda of Lawton, Oklahoma, son in law, Steven Crisel and wife Shannon of Lawton, Oklahoma, and other family members.
