Graveside funeral service for Scott May will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday, December 14, 2019 in Highland Cemetery with Dr. William F. Watkins, Pastor of Locust Grove Baptist Church, east of Lawton officiating.

Arrangements are under the direction of Becker-Rabon Funeral Home.

Scott Douglas May, 58, Lawton, Oklahoma passed away Wednesday, November 20, 2019 at his home in Lawton. He was born August 23, 1961 in Lawton to Donald Raymond and Claudine Marie (Beavers) May. He graduated from Lawton High School. Following high school, Scott worked in multiple professions but he always considered himself a commercial washer and dryer repairman. After his father's passing, Scott resided with his mother, Claudine, which allowed her to stay in her home until her eventual passing. Scott loved watching sports – especially University of Oklahoma football – and remained rooted in his Christian faith until his passing.

He is survived by his son and daughter, Jeff May and Keri May, both of Oklahoma City, one brother, Keith May of Lawton, two sisters – Debbie Talbert of Tampa, Florida, and Donna Walker of Leander, Texas, and many other nieces and nephews.

Scott was preceded in death by his parents, his son, Lucas May formerly of Lawton, and his brother, Brent May, formerly of Indiahoma, Oklahoma.
