Funeral service for Sandra Ann Jensen will be at 11:30 am Friday, September 1, 2017 at Centenary United Methodist Church with Dr. Robert Gorrell, Pastor and Dr. Brandon Dollarhite, Associate Pastor officiating.

Burial will be in Fort Sill National Cemetery, Elgin under the direction of Becker-Rabon Funeral Home.

The family will greet friends Thursday evening from 6pm until 8pm at the funeral home.

Sandra Ann Jensen, 76, Lawton passed away early Monday morning, August 28, 2017 and joined her Heavenly Father.  She was born and raised March 4, 1941 in Zumbrota, MN to Gilman and Iverna Hoven.  She met Craig at Zumbrota High School when they were juniors.  There was instant chemistry for the two of them.  They were sweethearts for 6 years before marriage, through high school, nurses training for her and college for him.  They were married on June 16, 1963 in Zumbrota Lutheran Church.  Sandy had a full life of love and compassion for everyone she met.  She was the very best wife and mother.  As an Army wife, she created loving homes as the family moved about every three years.  As a registered nurse, she excelled in the Cedar Rehabilitation Facility, now known as the Jim Thorpe Rehab Center at Comanche County Memorial Hospital.

Sandy is survived by her husband Craig L. Jensen of the home, two sons; Chris Jensen and wife Patti, with grandchildren Tayler, Tanner and Camryn, and Charles Jensen and wife Jennifer, with grandchildren Katie Rose and Maddie.  She is also survived by a brother Jim Hoven.

She is preceded in death by parents, a son Cameron, her younger sister Suzy Hoven
