Roswell "Ross" Warren, 79 years of age, passed away on Saturday, March 9, 2024, at the Lawton-Fort Sill Veterans Center.

Ross was born on December 31, 1944, in Farmington, New Mexico. He graduated from Sacred Heart Academy. He enlisted in the United States Navy and served in the Vietnam War. After returning home, Ross served as a police officer. He also worked in the oil field and as an interstate truck driver. He and his family moved to southwest Oklahoma in 1995. He enjoyed horse racing, watching football, and spending time with friends and family.

Ross is survived by his daughters, Charlene Childers and Roberta Warren, his brothers, Mike Warren, Tom Warren, and Frank Warren, his sisters, Bea Jenkins, Cathie Necaise, Lori Niediewski, Mary Snyder, and Carri Lewis, and many nieces and nephews. Ross is preceded in death by his parents, Leo and Helen Warren, and his brother, Leonard Warren.

The graveside service with military honors will be held at Fort Sill National Cemetery on Thursday, March 28, 2024, at 10:00 am.
