Word has been received on the death of Ronald Joe Dempsey, 70, of Mountain Park. Ronald passed away Friday, March 27, 2015 at his home. No services are scheduled at this time. Arrangements are under the direction of Becker-Rabon Funeral Home of Snyder. A memorial gathering of family and friends will be held at a later date to celebrate his life. Ronald was born September 30, 1944 in Hobart, OK to Joe Lee and Bessie Earlene (Stockton) Dempsey. He was an avid fisherman and gardener and truly enjoyed life and loved his family and friends. He had a sense of humor and a laugh that no one will ever forget. He is survived by his daughter and son-in-law Zoe and Cliff Barnard of Snyder, OK, a son Eli Dempsey of Lawton, OK, grandsons Ben and Jacob Barnard of Snyder, OK, granddaughter Ruby Jane Dempsey of Lawton, OK and many other relatives and friends.
