Age 46, Snyder - Graveside service will be at 2:00 pm Saturday at Fairlawn cemetery, Snyder with Elder Norman Jones, Snyder Primitive Baptist Church officiating. Mr. Young died Wednesday in a Lawton hospital. Inurnment will be under the direction of Becker Funeral Home of Snyder. He was born September 6, 1961 in Altus, Oklahoma to Charles Hardy and Georgia V. (Purser) Young. He was a farm and construction laborer. Survivors include his mother Georgia of the home, two brothers, Charlie Young and his wife Martha of Oklahoma City, Rodney Young and his wife Sherry of Mountain Park, OK, a sister Monica Shelton of Snyder, several aunts, uncles, eight nieces and nephews and a special great-nephew Shawn. He was preceded in death by his father, grandparents Lyman and Aleatha Young and Volney B. Purser, Sr. and Letha Purser.
