Funeral service for Rochellia Marie Cantu will be 1:30 p.m. Monday, October 2, 2017 in the Becker-Rabon Funeral Home Chapel.

Burial will follow in Post Cemetery, Fort Sill under the direction of Becker-Rabon Funeral Home.

Rochellia Marie Cantu, age 78, Lawton, passed away Thursday, September 28, 2017 in Midwest City, OK. She was born July 11, 1939 to Alma Elizabeth (Ortiz) Justice in Eufaula, OK.  She married SFC (Retired) Jose Q. Cantu on October 1, 1963 in Lawton, OK and was married for 36 years before her husband's death on January 13, 2000. Rochellia was a devoted military wife who lived in Okinawa, Hawaii, Mexico, Texas, and most recently in the Midwest City area. For several years Rochellia worked at Thomas Cleaners and was a loyal, dedicated worker. She will be truly missed by all.

She is survived by her sisters, Mary Aycox of Chickasha, OK, Eva Tuttle and her husband Raymond of Oklahoma City, OK, brothers, Randy Ortiz and his wife Charlotte of Midwest City, OK, Steve Ortiz and his wife Mary of Lawton, OK. Rochellia is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Rochellia was preceded in death by her husband, her mother, her sister, Sharon Fletcher, and her brother Michael Ortiz.
