Funeral service for Rita Sue Miller will be 11:30 A.M. Tuesday, May 31, 2016 in the Becker-Rabon Funeral Home Chapel.

Burial will follow in Fort Sill National Cemetery, Elgin.

Rita Sue Miller, 76, of Lawton, passed away May 23, 2016 at her home in Lawton, Oklahoma. Rita was born September 5, 1939 in Winthrop, Arkansas to Illa Grace Mason Garrett, and Henry Garrett Jr. She married her husband CW3 (Retired) Charles (Chuck) Miller on August 5, 1975.  She always told Chuck they were going to stay married forever and kept her very first wedding ring set. She also has his ring and will be waiting with it when he rejoins her. Rita was a beautician, and her motto was "to sell beauty, you have to wear beauty."

She is survived by her husband Chuck of the home, one daughter Margie and spouse Cip Lujan, El Paso Texas, one son Cliff Miller and spouse Nikki, and their daughter; Granny's very special angel Macy Ann of Lawton, sister, Goldie Reynolds and spouse Jimmy of Houston, Texas, grandsons, David, Christopher, Calep and Colton, numerous nieces, nephews and special friends.

Her parents, brothers, Bud, James, and Jonathan Garrett, sister Evelyn Garrett, and son Clifford Attaway precede her in death.
