Funeral service for Rita Sherry Eubanks will be 9:30 A.M. Wednesday, December 18, 2019 in the Becker-Rabon Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Dr. Bill Schneider, pastor of St. John Lutheran Church officiating.

Burial will follow at Fort Sill National Cemetery, Elgin.

Rita Sherry Eubanks, age 79, of Lawton passed away Wednesday, December 11, 2019 in Lawton.  She was born December 1, 1940 in Topeka, Kansas to Pete and Betty Jane (Wentworth) Gates.  She married 1SG (Retired) Carl Dale Eubanks on July 5, 1990 in Wichita Falls, Texas.  Mrs. Eubanks was a homemaker, making a home for her family.  She was a member of St. John Lutheran Church, and LaSill Optimist Club.

Survivors include her husband, of the home, two daughters, Catherine J. Sinning and her husband, Dennis, Hayden, Idaho and Kristi Jo Whatley and her husband Stacy, Kingston, Oklahoma two sons, Michael J. Munos and his wife, Amy, San Antonio, Texas and Thomas J. Munos and his wife, Laura Bastrop, Texas, sister, Laura Thompson and her husband, Terry, Fresno, California, eight grandchildren, nine great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Bob Gates.
