Funeral service for Richard Everett Beeson, 57, formerly of Lawton, will be 10:00 am Thursday in the Becker Funeral Home Memorial Chapel with Dr. Keith Miles, Pastor, Central Baptist Church officiating. Mr. Beeson died Sunday at a Shawnee Nursing Center. Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Gardens under the direction of the Becker Funeral Home & Cremation Service. He was born June 2, 1953 in Lawton to Everett C. and Mable Lee (Plemmons) Beeson. He attended Whittier Elementary School and graduated from Lawton High School in 1971. He then attended Cameron University and the University of Central Oklahoma. He is survived by his mother; 2 sisters, Carolyn Jordan of St. Petersburg, Florida and Teresa and her husband Harold Browning of Grand Prairie, Texas; 2 nephews, Walter Browning and John Jordan; 2 Nieces, Vicki Browning and Julie; and a great niece, Chloe. His father and grandparents preceded him in death.
