Funeral service for Reta E. Jenkins will be 10:00 a.m. Monday, July 3, 2017 in Trinity Baptist Church with Bro. Eddie Coast and Rev. Rick Rogers officiating.

Burial will follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens under the direction of Becker-Rabon Funeral Home.

Reta E. Jenkins, age 82, former Lawton resident, died Thursday, June 29, 2017 in Wichita, Kansas.  She was born October 8, 1934 in Carter, Oklahoma to Comer and Jessie (Jackson) Taylor.  She married Archie Jenkins on October 19, 1952 in Carter.  He died March 14, 2011.  Mrs. Jenkins was a devoted servant of God and a loyal and loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother.  She had been a member of Trinity Baptist Church since 1964.

Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, Clayton and Robbie Jenkins, Wichita, KS, a daughter and son-in-law, Regenia and Rick Rogers, Lawton, four grandchildren, Jamie Jenkins, Oklahoma City, Brooke Rhodes and her husband Blake, Oklahoma City, Melissa Rogers Amarante and her husband Miky, Dominican Republic and Erick J. Rogers, Lawton, two great granddaughters, Brynlee Rhodes and Baylee Rhodes, both of Oklahoma City and a sister, Jean Ross, Oklahoma City.

She was preceded in death by her husband and a granddaughter, Kacee Rogers.
