Born on May 31, 1984, in Colorado Springs, Colorado, to Louis Chmiel and Deborah (Howton) Williams, Rebecca moved with her family to Lawton when she was in the first grade. She graduated from Eisenhower High School in 2002 and married James Hunt on June 1 of that same year. In 2017, she proudly earned her bachelor's degree from Ashford University.
Rebecca was a loving daughter, wife, and mother, deeply devoted to her family. She shared a special bond with her children, always planning activities and outings, with trips to the Wichita Mountains Wildlife Refuge being a favorite. Her unwavering positivity and support were constant sources of strength for her loved ones. Rebecca was also deeply committed to her church, often volunteering in the nursery, and she had a special passion for singing, which brought joy to those around her.
Known for her infectious energy and vibrant personality, Rebecca was truly the life of the room. She loved being around people and had a knack for brightening the lives of those around her with her favorite sayings, "Whatever!" and "Oh Well." Her love for animals was evident in the joy she found in her pets, including a guinea pig and a Great Dane.
Rebecca's warmth, love, and spirit will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
