Funeral service for Peggy Sue Jackson French will be 2:00 p.m. Monday, October 31, 2016 in Becker-Rabon Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Bubba Clark, Pastor, Denton Baptist Church officiating.

Private family burial will be at a later date in Flower Mound Cemetery.

Peggy Sue Jackson French passed away on Friday, October 28, 2016 in Walters, Oklahoma.  Peggy was born June 7, 1941 in Cooper, Texas, to Jack D. and Gertrude (Turner) Jackson.  She was raised in Odessa, Texas and graduated high school there.  Peggy married Sherman Blake French on May 18, 1963 in Odessa and moved to Lawton.  While in Lawton Peggy worked at Zales and various odd jobs.  The couple divorced and Peggy returned to Odessa where she married Billy Sparks and they later divorced.  Peggy worked at the Midland Air Terminal for 14 years.  Peggy later remarried Sherman who preceded her in death on November 28, 2007.  She had spent the past 20 years as a homemaker.

Peggy is survived by her brother, Wink Jackson Graham, two children, Kim Hicklin-Richardson and husband David, Walters, Oklahoma and Joyce Dennis and husband Denny, Geronimo; three grandchildren and their spouses, Robert Cruz, Jr. and Shanna, Chantal Terry-Dennis and Roger and Ashley Stoll and Jared; five great grandchildren, Bryon, Michael, Nevaeh, Emmett and Hope.

Her parents and a brother, Gene O. Jackson, preceded her in death.
