Graveside service for Norma D. Jones will be 10:00 A.M. Tuesday, September 27, 2016 at Sterling Cemetery with Rev. Randy Shorter, pastor of Bethel Assembly of God officiating.

Burial will be under the direction of Becker-Rabon Funeral Home, Lawton.

Viewing will begin at noon on Monday with the family greeting friends from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home.

Norma D. Jones, age 83, of Lawton, passed away Wednesday, September 21, 2016 in Lawton.  She was born August 24, 1933 in Comanche County to William and Ruth (Fields) Peterson.  She married A. Wayne Jones on March 21, 1952 in Sterling, Oklahoma.  He died August 6, 1993.  Mrs. Jones had a local country band in the 1970's and 1980's where she was known as "Norma Dee".

Survivors include two sons; Donald Jones, Nevada and Greg Jones, Lawton, four grandchildren; Dillon, April, Donella and Dax and a sister; Helen Pryor, Marlow.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a son, Steven Jones.
