Funeral service for Nancy Christine "Nanny" Brockmann will be at 11:00am Tuesday, October 10, 2017                                         in the Becker-Rabon Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Greg Baxter, Promise Care Hospice, Lawton                                officiating.

Private family interment will be in the Fort Sill National Cemetery, Elgin, OK at a later date.

Nancy Christine "Nanny" Brockmann, 80, Lawton, passed away Wednesday, October 4, 2017 at her home in Lawton following a lengthy illness.  She was born July 13, 1937 in Clovis, NM to Alton B. (Jack) and Nina L. (Wright) Ross.  Her mother died at childbirth.  Nancy was raised in Arizona and Oklahoma.  She married Norman Moore in 1955 in Lawton, and later married Michael Brockmann on April 13, 1979 in Lawton.  She owned a convenience store in Wilmington, NC and an upholstery business in Lawton.  Nancy was a well known tennis player and bowler in the Lawton community.

Survivors include her husband CW3 (Retired) Michael Brockmann of the home, 3 daughters, Brenda Allard of Lawton, Jeanette Moore of Oklahoma City, Kimberly Van Nieuwenhuize of Haltom City, TX, a son Timothy Moore of Minneapolis, MN, 10 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, first husband Norman Moore and a son Don Allen Moore.
