Funeral for Matthew Alan Fletcher, 26, Lawton will be at 10:00 AM Saturday at the First Assembly of God in Elgin with Rev. Larry Thoma, pastor officiating. Mr. Fletcher died Sunday in Lawton. Burial will be in Elgin Memorial Lawn under the direction of Becker Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Lawton. He was born June 20, 1984 at Fort Sill, Oklahoma to Kenneth E. and Rita J. (Fipps) Fletcher. Matthew was a beloved brother and friend to many. He grew up in Elgin and attended Elgin Public Schools. He was a very talented artist. He enjoyed drawing, painting and building crafts. He spent most of his time working as a carpenter. His free time was spent enjoying the outdoors. Matt is going to be deeply missed by everyone who knew him and will never be forgotten. He is survived by four brothers; Eric Fletcher, Maryland, Daniel B. Fletcher and his wife Candice, Albert, Oklahoma, K. Shane Fletcher, Lawton and Chris Fletcher, Elgin, two sisters and their spouses; LaJonna and Garland Kirkes and Heather and Damien Widner, all of Lawton and many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his father and mother.
