Funeral service for Mary Lou Snyder, 82, Lawton, will be 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 28, 2015, in the Becker-Rabon Funeral Home Chapel. Mrs. Snyder died Friday, January 23, 2015, in Lawton. Burial will be in Highland Cemetery. She was born January 14, 1933 in Indiahoma, Oklahoma, to Amos H. and Nellie Williams. She grew up in Oklahoma City and was a 1950 graduate of Putnam City High School. She retired from Civil Service at Fort Sill in 1988 and following her retirement she worked for a half-way house as a secretary for several years. She is survived by two sons, Charles E. "Chuck" Snyder, Jr., Lawton, and John H. Snyder, Vermont; a grandson, Magnus Snyder, Laramie, Wyoming. Her parents preceded her in death.
