Graveside service for Mary Louise Reed, 68, Lawton, will be 11:00 am Wednesday at Fort Sill National Cemetery, Elgin with Rev. Mike Teel, Associate Pastor, Cameron Baptist Church, officiating Mrs. Reed died on Sunday, November 13, 2011 in a local hospital. Mary was born on May 5, 1943 in Medicine Park, Oklahoma to Thurmond Joseph and Lois Eulah (Cooper) Smith. She graduated from Cache High School with the class of 1960. She married SFC (Retired) Nelson H. Reed on June 27, 1986. She had managed an apartment complex for a time and was a CNA for a nursing home in Cornwall, Pennsylvania. She was employed as a cashier for AAFES prior to her retirement. Mary loved to travel. She is survived by her husband of the home; a daughter and son in law, Traci and John Wills, Fletcher; a son, Lane Brown, Elgin; three sisters, Barbara Christie, Oakdale, California; Suellen Martinez, Lawton, and Sandy and her husband Steve Perry, Tuttle, Oklahoma; five grandchildren, Kaci and her husband Jared Head, Grant Wills, Kyla Brown, Landon Brown and Jacee Brown; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
