Age 48, Lawton - Graveside service will be 1:00 PM Monday at Sunset Memorial Gardens with Ed Ikard, pastor of Southside Assembly of God, officiating. Mr. Billings died Monday in a local hospital. Arrangements are with Becker Funeral Home. He was born on March 25, 1959 in Albuquerque, New Mexico to Russell and Dorthy (David) Billings. Survivors include his mother of the home; 4 brothers and 3 sisters-in-law, Billy and Donna Billings, Steve and Betty Billings, Terry Billings all of Lawton and Pat and Tara Billings of Moore, Oklahoma; a close friend, Eli Farley of Lawton; an aunt, Geneva Wheat of Lawton; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father and a brother, James Lewis Billings.
