Age 87, Lawton - Funeral services will be at 9:30 AM Saturday at First Christian Church with Rev. Kim C. Hames, pastor officiating. Mrs. Yarmuk died Wednesday in a Lawton hospital. Burial will be in Highland Cemetery under the direction of Becker Funeral Home. Mrs. Yarmuk was born December 11, 1920 in Lawton to John P. and Pauline Smith. She attended Lawton High School and later attended Lawton Business College. She married Louis Yarmuk in Lawton on December 23, 1938. She and her husband owned and operated their business, Yarmuk Scrap Processing, until their retirement in April 1988. She was a charter member of the Carolyn Hunt Club and one of the original members of the Pansy Club. She was a member of First Christian Church for over 50 years. She and her husband enjoyed traveling both within the USA and abroad. She is survived by her husband, of the home; two daughters and sons-in-law; Babs and Dee Givens, Holly Lake Ranch, Texas; and Teresa Ann and John Adair, Lawton, a sister, Gloria Guyselman, Springfield, Ohio; two brothers; Paul Smith, Kanob, Utah and Morgan Smith, Hoisington, Kansas; two granddaughters; Janis Lynn Ferguson, Lawton, Dena Marie Williamson, Lavon, Texas; three great-granddaughters; Brooke and Brittney Ferguson, Richardson, Texas, and Jordan Turner, Lavon, Texas and a great-grandson, Cole Williamson, Lavon, Texas.
