Funeral service for Marianne James will be 10:00 A.M. Thursday, August 22, 2019 in the Becker-Rabon Funeral Home Chapel with Chaplain Steven Gillispie, Elara Caring Hospice officiating.

Burial will follow at Post Cemetery, Fort Sill.

Marianne James, age 90, of Lawton, passed away Saturday, August 17, 2019 in Lawton.  She was born September 30, 1928 in Bamberg, Germany to Karl and Betty (Pfaltzgraff) Bohm.  She married CSM (Retired) Gustendenia James on November 3, 1962 in Columbus, Georgia.. He died September 6, 1989.

Survivors include three sons, John James and his wife, Sheila, Patrick Moore and his wife, Geli, Robert Moore and Mike Moore, three sisters, Hanni, Erika and Annette, two brothers, Kurt and Herbert, seven grandchildren and several great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband and a sister, Irma.
