Memorial Celebration of Life for Margarita Flores Martinez, 75, of Lawton will be held at 1:00 p.m. Monday, February 21, 2022 in the Becker-Rabon Funeral Home Chapel.

In the late evening of Monday, February 14, 2022 Margarita Flores Martinez was called to serve and to be with the rest of our families to worship our Lord.  She was born January 5, 1947 in Fort Worth, Texas to Felix Gonzalez and Manuela (Nellie) Rivera Flores.  On March 6, 1972 she married her husband Modesto Salazar Martinez whom she loved until the day she died.  Margarita spent her 75 years loving and caring for her family.  She loved and worshipped God every day and thanked God every day for her children.  She promised to love and care for them with all her heart every day of her life.  Margarita and Modesto had five children together, a son Joe Flores Martinez and Adra-Lynn Tehauno-Martinez (loving wife and loving daughter-in-law), a daughter, Elodia Flores King, son Juan Carlos Flores Martinez, Sr., son Lorenzo Flores Martinez, Sr. and son Ramon Flores Martinez, Sr.  Modesto and Margarita raised three grandchildren as their own children. Son, Alvaro Veliz Martinez, son Hector Miguel Raymond Martinez and daughter Margarita Martinez Trevino.  They have 23 grandchildren who are the light of their lives.  Hannah Marie Tehauno, Gabriel Shea Tehauno, Ella Noel Tehauno, Gladys Lorelle Tehauno, Margarita Martinez Trevino, Hector Miguel Raymond Martinez, Kristan Devan Martinez, Maria-Nicole Devan Martinez, Juan Carlos Flores Martinez, Jr., Juan-Jose Flores Martinez, Alejandro Flores Martinez, Alicia Renee Martinez, Lorenzo Leigh Martinez, Jr., Loren Leigh Martinez, Lorence Leigh Martinez, Modesto Martinez, Florenzo Martinez, Devalynnann Lumprey, Alvaro Veliz Martinez, Marianna Martinez, Estrella-Elodia Martinez, Emilia Martinez, Ramon Flores Martinez, Jr., and one great grandson whom she said made her light shine brighter, Idris Santana Munoz Tehauno.

Margarita was preceded in death by both of her parents, Felix G. and Manuela R. Flores, both of her brothers, Joe Flores and Felix Flores and her sister, Manuela Flores (la Madre, Nellie).
