Age 89, Lawton - Funeral services will be 2:00 pm Friday at the Becker Funeral Home Memorial Chapel with Rev. Randy Shorter, Pastor of the Bethel Assembly of God, officiating. Mrs. Johnson died Tuesday in a Lawton hospital. Burial will be at the Post Cemetery, Fort Sill. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Thursday from 5-7 pm. She was born in Katy, Oklahoma on December 30, 1919 to William Miles and Viola (Ramsey) Blevins. She attended school at Katy and Pernell. She married CW 2 Oscar H. Johnson on September 10, 1961 at Fort Sill. He died on August 9, 1989. She is survived by a brother, Miles Blevins of Sulphur, Oklahoma; 2 sisters and a brother-in-law, Marie Tanner of Madison, Wisconsin and Maxine and Curtis Yblood of North Richland Hills, Texas; and many nieces, nephews and friends. Her parents and 2 brothers preceded her in death. Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of your choice.
