Funeral service for Lucy Galloway will be 1:30 P.M. Wednesday, October 23, 2019 in the Becker-Rabon Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. John Zwolle, pastor of Cement Pentecostal Holiness Church officiating.

The family will greet friends from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. Tuesday at the funeral home.

Lucy Galloway, age 79, of Fletcher, passed away Sunday, October 20, 2019 in Lawton.  She was born April 26, 1940 in Elgin to William and Ella (Seymour) Etter.  Lucy was a wonderful and wild grandmother to all the children she knew.  She really loved the Lord.

Survivors include her daughter, Phyllis Diane Cochran, three granddaughters, Toni Taylor and her husband, Zac, Brittnie Fannon and Brooke Cochran, five great grandchildren; Zoe Taylor, Asher Taylor, Maddie Eldridge, Jace Eldridge and Jax Eldridge, four sisters; Mildred Bartlett, Madeline Harrell, Terry Etter and Margie Etter and a special friend, Kim Knight.

She was preceded in death by her husbands; Art Fish and Bill Galloway, son, Randy Fish and siblings; Wauneta Bartlett, Johnnie Lytle, Gerline Tilley, Kenneth Etter, CW Etter, Homer Etter, Pauline Goleman, Floyd Etter, Shirley McLaughlin, Billy Jean Etter and Jessie Ray Etter.
