Funeral service for Linda Ellis will be at 11:00 am Friday, March 25, 2016 in the Becker-Rabon Funeral Home of Snyder Chapel with Pastor Leonard R. Presley, Memorial Indian Baptist Church, Lawton and Rev. Les Banks, Pastor of the First Baptist Church, Indiahoma officiating.

Burial will be in the Fairlawn Cemetery, Snyder.

Linda Ellis, 87, Indiahoma, passed away Wednesday, March 23, 2016 at her home in Indiahoma.  She was born June 18, 1928 in Frederick, Oklahoma to George and Lela (Smith) McCollum.  She married Robert Ray "Bob" Ellis on July 2, 1958 in Vernon, Texas.  Linda was a homemaker, but most of all she enjoyed taking care of her husband and son, and enjoying the times she spent with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.  She will be greatly missed by family and friends.

She is survived by her husband Bob of the home, a son Greg Ellis and his wife Kathy of Cache, OK, two granddaughters, Courtney and Megan, three great grandchildren, Gage, Cali and Joshua, three sisters, Birl Chappa of Saginaw, TX, Barbara Condra of Fort Worth, TX, Pat Smith of Saginaw, TX and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and her six siblings, Jim, Charlie, Marvin and Raymond McCollum, Ruth McArdle and Hazel Sanders.
