Lillian 'Lilly' Ann Bragg Fisher, 63, passed away the afternoon of September 8th, 2025 in Lawton, Oklahoma. Lilly was born October 24, 1961 on Ramstein Air Base near Frankfurt, Germany to a GI father, Albert Bragg, and a German mother, Edith Klee Bragg. She enjoyed a unique experience attending school and growing up in both Germany and the United States, eventually graduating from Eisenhower High School in Lawton, OK in 1980.
In 1984, Lilly married Felix Fisher, and together they shared 40 years of marriage while raising three children. Lilly was warm and kind, always ready to help family or friends in need. At her core, she was also deeply creative, exploring many outlets over the years. Most recently, Lilly enjoyed landscape and wildlife photography. She loved spending evenings in the Wichita Mountains, capturing sunsets and longhorn through her camera lens. Her generosity, creativity, and love will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
Lilly is survived by her husband Felix Fisher, her three children, Andrew Fisher, Alex Fisher, and Nicholas Fisher; two brothers, Leroy Bragg, and Larry Bragg; and sister Sandra Cannon.
Lilly is preceded in death by her parents, Albert and Edith Bragg.
