Funeral for Lawrence Murrill, 69, Lawton will be at 12:30 PM Friday at the Becker-Rabon Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Tom Willoughby officiating. Mr. Murrill died Saturday, August 3, 2013 in Lawton. Burial with military honors will be at Fort Sill National Cemetery, Elgin under the direction of Becker-Rabon Funeral Home. He was born June 17, 1944 in Franklin, Indiana to Hardy Marion and Hilda (Gilbert) Murrill. He married Violet Murrill on March 28, 2007 in Wichita Falls, Texas. Mr. Murrill served in the Marine Corps and was a retired carpenter. Survivors include his wife, of the home, thirteen children, Larry Murrill, Jr., John Murrill, Harry Truman Murrill, Larry Murrill, Jr., Charles Murrill, Nathan Murrill, Jennifer Wooten, Johnathan Murrill, Christopher Murrill, Heidi Blanco, Cassondra Cordova, Josef Murrill and Robert Heliker. He is also survived by two sisters, Loretta Carbral and Connie Murrill, thirty grandchildren and twenty three great grandchildren.
