Memorial service for Larry Holt, 56, Lawton will be at 10:00 AM Thursday, June 18, 2015 at the Becker-Rabon Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. William F. Watkins officiating. Mr. Holt died Friday, June 12, 2015 in Edmond. Arrangements are under the direction of Becker-Rabon Funeral Home. He was born May 15, 1959 in Del Rio, Texas to Walter and Eloise (Soto) Holt. Mr. Holt had worked for his best friend, Bill Stevens on his farm. He was a die hard San Antonio Spurs fan. He was known for his barbeque and was always helping people around the neighborhood. Mr. Holt was a member of First Baptist Church. Survivors include his mother, Eloise S. Plata, of the home, brother, Freddy Plata, Lawton, two sisters, Jeannie Plata, Lawton and Debbie Ruiz, California, two nieces, Amanda Russell and her husband Jacob, Lawton and Jennifer Akins and her husband Dillon, South Carolina and a nephew, Louis Rodriguez, Jr., Portland, Oregon.
