Funeral service for Landon Ray Knowles will be 2:00 p.m. Thursday, June 7, 2018 in Worship Center East at Lawton First Assembly with Neil Colbert officiating.

Burial will follow in Highland Cemetery under direction of Becker-Rabon Funeral Home.

The family will greet friends from 6-8 pm Wednesday at the funeral home.

Landon Ray Knowles, age 38, Edmond, died Sunday, June 3, 2018 at his residence.  He was born June 18, 1979 in Lawton, Oklahoma.  He grew up in Shattuck, Oklahoma and graduated high school in 1999.  He was an outstanding athlete, playing numerous sports, including quarterback of the football team.

Landon married Brooklyn Terry on August 1, 2009 in Edmond.  He had worked in the oil and gas industry as a Landman prior to entering the car business.  He had worked for Bob Moore, Credit Connection and John Vance and at the time of his death was employed Bob Howard as the used car manager.

He enjoyed sports and attending his daughter's activities.

He is survived by his wife, of the home; his daughter, Kailynn, of the home; his parents, Larrie and Dee Ann Knowles, Lawton and Lisa Haskins, Oklahoma City; his sisters, Tiffney West, Oklahoma City and Kara Steadman, Indiana; brothers, Christopher Knowles and Allison, Edmond and Jered Haskins, Oklahoma City; grandparents, Carole and Dick Neptune, Lawton and Jo Patee, Beaver, Oklahoma; his mother-in-law, Joni Terry, Porum, Oklahoma; several nieces and nephews.

His grandfather, Leonard Knowles, preceded him in death.
