Funeral Services for Kimberly S. Roper will be at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, February 21, 2026, in Locust Grove Baptist Church with Bro. Gary Neighbors officiating.

Burial will follow in Sterling Cemetery under the direction of Becker Rabon Funeral Home.

Kimberly Sue Roper went to be with her Lord on February 13, 2026, at the age of 68. She was born on March 24, 1957, in Lawton, Oklahoma, to Leonard and Gauda (Bentley) Biles. She grew up in a loving home as the youngest of four children, with three older brothers. She graduated from Elgin High School in 1975.

Kimberly met the love of her life, Dennis Roper Jr., at a drive-in movie, and the two were united in marriage on December 28, 1978. She worked as a church secretary for a time, but her true passion and greatest joy was raising her children and caring for her home as a devoted homemaker.

She had a deep love for animals, especially horses and dogs. An avid reader and movie enthusiast, Kimberly treasured a good story. Above all, she was a devoted wife and a loving mother whose kindness and warmth will be deeply missed.

She is survived by her husband, Dennis Roper Jr.; her children, Kristen and Brandon Roper; her brother, Tom Biles and his wife Anne; and many cherished nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her son, Andrew; and her brothers, Ralph Biles and Russel Biles Sr.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Locust Grove Baptist Church Building Fund.
