Funeral service for Kent Knight, 48, Lawton will be at 2:00 pm Thursday in the Becker Funeral Home Memorial Chapel with Rev. Joe Cunningham, his Brother-In-Law, and Rev. Byron G. Elmore, Pastor of Calvary Assembly of God, Lawton officiating. Mr. Knight died Tuesday, November 29 in Lawton from a sudden accident. Burial will be in Letitia Cemetery, East of Lawton under the direction of Becker Funeral Home & Cremation Service. ** The family will greet friends Wednesday evening from 5pm until 7pm at the funeral home. ** Kent was born March 12, 1963 in Lawton to the late Guy and Doris Knight. Kent worked for Ford Roofing and T & G Construction for many years before being employed by Goodyear of Lawton as a bead trucker. Kent was a generous loving son and brother who will be missed by many. He had a great sense of humor and could make anyone laugh with his jokes and antics. He will be deeply missed by all. Kent is survived by his six brothers and his twin sister and their spouses. He is also survived by his long time companion of the home, Diane Parker and her family, Alexandra Parker, Richard Sheridan and a special grandson, Bryhton Tawkoty, to whom Kent was affectionately known as "Cracker Paw".
